As a limited-drop streetwear brand, we follow a strict no-returns policy, except in genuine cases of transit-related damage or defects.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


No Returns / No Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Change of mind

  • Style or color preference

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

All sales are considered final unless the product is received damaged or defective.


When Are Refunds or Replacements Allowed?

Refunds or replacements are only applicable if:

  • The product is damaged during transit, or

  • The product has a manufacturing defect


Mandatory Unboxing Video (Important)

To raise a damage or defect claim, an uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package

  • Clearly show the sealed outer packaging

  • Continue without cuts until the product is fully revealed

  • Clearly display the damage or defect

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

This policy helps protect both our customers and our brand from misuse.


How to Raise a Claim

If your order meets the above conditions:

  1. Email us at support@freaqrew.com within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Mention your Order ID

  3. Attach the unboxing video

  4. Add clear photos of the issue (if possible)

Our team will review the claim within 2–4 working days.


Resolution Process

Once approved, we will offer one of the following, based on the case:

  • Replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or

  • Refund to the original payment method

Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 working days after confirmation.


Important Notes

  • Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting, screens, or washes and are not considered defects

  • Damage caused after delivery or during use is not covered

  • Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted


Limited Drops Disclaimer

Freaqrew operates on a limited-edition drop model.
Once a product is sold out, it is not restocked. In rare cases where a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
