  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • Each product undergoes a quality check before dispatch

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.


Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India

  • International shipping is not available at this time


Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 working days

  • Non-metro / remote locations: 5–8 working days

Delivery times may vary due to courier partner operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout

  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

Freaqrew is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to unavailability of the recipient

Re-shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.


Unsuccessful Delivery & RTO

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

The order will be treated as non-refundable.

This policy helps us maintain fair pricing and reduce misuse.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • An uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package and the issue

Please email support@freaqrew.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Unboxing video

  • Supporting photos (if available)

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.


Packaging

All orders are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
Packaging may vary based on product type and availability.


Delivery Delays

Freaqrew is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Unforeseen circumstances

However, we will always assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.
