To be eligible:

  • The item should be in the same condition you got it—unused, tags on, and in the original packaging.

  • Keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Don’t forget, an unboxing video is a must to start the process.

Quality Check and Love

We pack each item with love and top-notch quality checks. But if there’s a heavy quality issue or it’s damaged because of us, we’ll take it back.

Shipping Costs

Return and exchange requests will have a delivery charge of INR 150 per product. Or, you can send the package to:

If approved, your exchange will be sorted and the new gear will be delivered within 10 days from approval. Easy-peasy.

Refund Policy

Once we get and inspect your item, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, you’ll see the refund hit your original payment method within 3 business days. Remember, it might take a bit for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
